Dr Toms is a graduate of The University of Georgia and The Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry. He also completed a General Practice Residency at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Dr Toms is certified to administer IV sedation. This certification allows him to perform a wide variety of dental procedures including cosmetics, crown and bridge, root canal therapy, wisdom teeth removal and implants in the most efficient manner thereby decreasing the patient's time in the office.
He is a member of the American Dental Association, Georgia Dental Association, Northern District Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Hinman Dental Society and the American Academy of Implantology.
